DEPARTMENT OF RESEARCH, DATA, DOCUMENTATION, QUESTIONING AND CAUSALITY (DIDDCC)
16 SEPT — 13 JAN
FRIDAYS 16:30 — 20:30
Aimed at degree, postgraduate and doctorate students in History of Art, Fine Arts, Humanities, Restoration, Documentation and other related fields
Directed by Sergio Rubira, DIDDCC is a space for study which will focus on two areas of research: firstly, on exhibition dispositifs, their logics of classification and their meanings; and secondly, on the two collections held at CA2M, namely, its own collection and that of Fundación ARCO, revising the narrative of how they were created and building a framework for the works included in them.
DIDDCC will give rise to activities which will then be included in the art centre's programme.
DIDDCC will begin operating on 16 September and continue until 13 January. During this period of research, participants will meet every Friday afternoon at 4:30 pm.
